2. User Obligations

When you engage our services, you agree to the following:

• You will not independently pursue the same claim with the airline or another third party while we are managing your case.
• You will promptly notify us of any direct communication or offer you receive from the airline regarding your claim.

Failure to adhere to these obligations may result in the termination of our services and, in certain cases, may still entitle us to our service fee if a settlement was offered or paid directly to you without our knowledge.

3. The "No Win, No Fee" Model

Our business model is designed to be risk-free for you. We only charge a fee if your claim for compensation is successful and we have received the funds from the airline. Our service fee is a percentage of the total compensation awarded. Any legal costs incurred in the pursuit of your claim are covered by us and are only recovered if the claim is successful. If the claim is not successful, you will not be charged a service fee or any legal costs related to the case. This model ensures that our interests are aligned with yours and that we are fully motivated to secure a positive outcome for your claim.

4. Intellectual Property
